If you already have a design ready to go, I can work with most file types, including:
PNG, PDF, SVG, or AI (300 DPI preferred).If your file needs adjustments or resizing, I’ll let you know before printing so we can ensure the best quality possible. Transparent backgrounds are preferred, but if not totally okay!

After your consultation, you’ll receive an emailed design concept based on the ideas and vision we discussed. You’ll have the opportunity to review it and share your honest feedback—there are never any hard feelings if you’d like adjustments!
Guided Design ($150): Includes 1 revision. Additional revisions are available for $35 each.
Full Design Development ($300): Includes 2 revisions. A third revision can be added for $35.
Revisions are meant to help refine your design so it truly represents your group’s heart and message. For larger reworks that require more time (like major layout or artwork changes), pricing may vary slightly, and I’ll always communicate that upfront.

Absolutely! Every order receives a digital mockup via email before printing. Your approval is required before anything goes into production—this ensures you’re completely happy with your final design.

Because all custom apparel is made-to-order, returns and exchanges aren’t available unless an item arrives damaged or has a printing issue.
